Terms

Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 2, 2025

1) Agreement

By installing or using the Sheetly add-on, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) License & use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sheetly solely to sync your Google Sheets with Notion. You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (Google, Notion, Stripe).

Acceptable use (examples):

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of APIs.

  • No interference, rate abuse, or security testing without consent.

  • No unlawful or infringing content synced via Sheetly.

We may impose reasonable fair-use limits (e.g., request rate, row/size caps) to protect service stability.

3) Subscriptions, billing, cancellations

  • Billing: Managed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.

  • Trials: If offered, trial length and conversion terms are shown at checkout.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds: Charges are generally non-refundable, but contact [email protected]—we may consider good-faith refunds for duplicate charges or documented failures.

  • Downgrades: On cancellation/expiry, Pro features are disabled; your data remains in your Google/Notion accounts.

4) Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using Sheetly, you consent to those practices.

5) Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur. Basic email support is available at [email protected].

6) Third-party services

Sheetly integrates with Google, Notion, and Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We’re not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

7) Intellectual property

Sheetly, including code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Glencrest Capital LLC. You retain rights to your own data and content.

8) Disclaimers

SHEETLY IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATA LOSS RISK EXISTS WITH ANY SOFTWARE—KEEP BACKUPS.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO SHEETLY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Termination

You may stop using Sheetly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and Pro features are disabled.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via product notice or email (if available). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Delaware (or an agreed arbitration forum) will have exclusive jurisdiction. (If you prefer New Jersey, tell us and we’ll swap this clause.)
