What Sheetly does
Sheetly is a Google Sheets add-on that syncs data between Google Sheets and Notion. It uses your Google authorization to read/write the sheet you’re actively working in and your Notion API token to read/write selected Notion resources you choose.
Data we collect & why
Account/License: your email address (to determine Pro access), subscription status, Stripe customer/subscription IDs.
Why: licensing, billing, support.
Sync Operations: sheet content in the open spreadsheet and Notion content you select.
Why: perform the sync you request (no unrelated scraping).
Technical: request logs (timestamps, event types, minimal payload metadata), error logs.
Why: reliability, abuse prevention, debugging.
Website: basic analytics/cookies (e.g., pageviews).
Why: site performance and product improvement.
What we don’t collect
No selling of personal data.
No reading other Drive files not opened/explicitly selected for sync.
No storing of your sheet/Notion content outside of temporary processing (see Retention).
Where data lives
Licensing: a Google Sheet controlled by us containing email + license status (and Stripe IDs).
Runtime: Google Apps Script/Google Cloud executes the add-on.
Payments: Stripe (we never see your full card details).
Notion: your Notion API token is used only to perform syncs you trigger.
Retention
License records: retained while you have an active account and for up to 24 months after cancellation for audit/legal/compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
Operational logs: up to 12 months, unless needed longer for security/legal obligations.
Sync content: processed in memory and not stored by us beyond transient caches required to complete the operation.

Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request to access, correct, export, object to, or delete your personal data.

Sharing with third parties
Processors: Google (Apps Script/Cloud), Stripe (billing), Notion (API you connect), analytics vendors.
Disclosures: if required by law or to protect rights/security.
No selling of personal information. No ad tech data sharing.
Security
OAuth scopes are minimized to what the add-on needs.
Data in transit uses HTTPS.
Stripe webhooks use a shared secret to reduce abuse; for production we may additionally verify Stripe signatures via a proxy.
No method is 100% secure; you use Sheetly at your own risk.
International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
Sheetly is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the service if you are under 16.
Google & Notion policies
Sheetly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We are not affiliated with Google or Notion.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date and/or in-product notice.
